The enemies imposed an all-out war on the Iranian nation with the aim of creating internal pressure and social collapse, but you, the valiant producers and industrialists, stood firm against all challenges with unparalleled resilience, thwarting the great powers in achieving their sinister goals; to the extent that they were forced to opt for interaction and dialogue instead of war.

We, in the government, leveraging this sectoral and cross-sectoral synergy, have pledged to translate your legitimate demands as economic activists into action. We are striving day and night with all our might to adequately respond to the demands and concerns of economic stakeholders and enterprises.

In fact, it was you who fought the enemies on the economic front and did not allow the country to face shortages and famine during those sensitive conditions. Although the enemy's attacks on energy infrastructure caused some shortcomings in the electricity and energy sectors and exerted pressures on you, with the participation and cooperation of the people and the coordination of all executive bodies, we were able to control electricity consumption. The enemy thought that by targeting vital facilities, they would drive the country to collapse, but the people's solidarity and the unity of officials foiled their plans.

We must all join hands to resolve the challenges faced by industrialists, economic activists, and all segments of society. As President, along with all members of the cabinet, we consider ourselves obligated to fulfill our commitments to producers and enterprises; however, this crucial task requires comprehensive interaction, collective wisdom, thoughtful deliberation, and coordination among all pillars of society.
