The 17th International Exhibition of Tourism was inaugurated with the presence of the president of I.R.IRAN at the Tehran International Permanent Fairground

According to the reporting by the news & informing (Media) department of the Public Relations and International Affairs of the I.R.IRAN International Exhibitions Company (IIEC PR), the Seventeenth International Exhibition of Tourism was inaugurated with the presence of the president of the I.R.IRAN, Mr. Seyed Ebrahim Raisi; Secretary General of the World Tourism Organization, Mr. Zurab Pololikashvili; the Iranian Minister of Cultural Heritage and Tourism, Mr. Ezzatollah Zarghami accompany by some deputy ministers of this ministry and also the activists and experts groups of this field on this morning Monday 12th February 2024 at the Tehran International Permanent Fairground.

The 17th Tehran International Tourism Exhibition was inaugurated officially after the opening ceremony and the speeches which were delivered by the Iranian president and also domestic & foreign officials by cut the ribbons in the presence of Mr. Ali Darabi as the Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage, Mr. Alaei Tabatabaei as the Chairman of the Board & Managing Director of the I.R.IRAN International Exhibitions Company and some foreign ambassadors too.

This exhibition was held with the participation of 493 domestic and foreign companies from Indonesia, Vietnam, Bali, Malaysia, Russia, Tajikistan, Thailand, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Turkey, Tunisia, Uzbekistan, Armenia and the UAE and with the presence of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts - Financial and Credit Institutions & Banks - Hotels and Tourist Villages - Airlines - Marine, Land and Rail Travel Service Agencies - E-tourism companies - Passenger Terminals - Designing, construction, production and Providing travel equipment services such as camping, luggage, racks, tent, lighting equipment, caravan and trailer & other related groups in halls No. 7 - 8 - 9 - 27 - 31 - 35 - 38 - 38 A - 38 B – 40 – 41 - 44 and also the open areas on Monday 12th until Thursday 15th February 2024 from 8 AM to 3 PM in Tehran/
